Chris Berens

Gallery Jaski is about to publish a voluptious volume on the work of Dutch painter Chris Berens. Chris and Mariska will first work on getting the colors right for the 180 images from his last four shows. Having the master himself in the house saves us a lot of interpretation and wild guessing, and the client a lot of extra print proofs. Now take a closer look at the image in front of the black keyboard: yes, that's right, it's the cover for Blondie's latest album Panic of Girls! It's painted by Chris and now sits on our shelf.
